The 2016 reading plan

Hello!

It's 2016, and it has been for a good while, I'm just late to this writing this post. A friend and I have set each other the challenge of reading 20 books this year, and if we don't make the full 20, we must buy the other a book.

I'm extremely competitive, so by today, the 13th of February I have read: 0 books.
Oops.

I used to read every night before bed but then my obsession with Star Wars: The Clone Wars began, and I don't think I need to explain further.

So I thought I'd share a few of the books I intend to get through in the next few months! There are a ton of others, but I've featured them in book hauls on my YouTube channel before!

This is the first book I've been reading is this! It's interesting, and is written in the style of a non-fiction book. I like Star Wars. I like the Jedi. It's a good read.

I like old photographs and find reading about unsolved murders interesting. Here's to never falling asleep again after looking at photographs of ACTUAL DEAD BODIES.

This book has been 'all the rage' lately. I'm so down with the kids.

I've been hearing a lot about this, but apparently it can get a bit confusing with multiple timelines going on concurrently. Hell, I found the multiple perspectives in A Song of Ice and Fire confusing, so I'm sure I'll struggle again. But it'll be interesting!

I like female comedians, and Tina Fey is one of my favourites. I wanted this book for so long, and now I have it I...haven't touched it.

She's a better human than I ever could be. Please teach me your ways Malala. I think this is going to be a very interesting and important read!

This was on sale in WHSmith once and I impulse bought it! It'll be interesting to read in the perspective of people who were around as Star Wars was being made and released!

This is the second book focusing on behind the scenes of Game of Thrones! I love behind the scenes things, and I also love Game of Thrones! This covers seasons 3 and 4, so this feels SO LONG AGO now, but those two are my favourite seasons, I can't wait to crack on!

This was quite a basic post, but really I just wanted to photograph some books on a marble sheet. So thank you for letting me live that mediocre dream.

Let's hope I finish that first book! And then 19 more. This could be a challenge.

Thanks for reading!
